And yes, it is truly STUNNING, and to use an overused word, what a pivot, a DWTS 10, worthy pivot.

After extending the talks in Geneva, Secretary Kerry and Foreign Minister Lavrov have announced an agreed upon framework for a UN resolution without a military enforcement clause and a fuzzy timeline for action.

The result of this is, Presidents Obama and Putin, will be joined at the hip, with Assad as a proxy, to make a result happen.

Of course critics will call this all a new color, whitewash, to cover up the mess that is Syria. Others will say it is the act of a carnival game sucker and foreign affairs rube. And to many, it all will invoke the memories of the Clinton era dealings with Saddam Hussein and his chemical weapons.

Others will say this is the act of a Nobel Peace laureate as to what would and should be done to obtain world peace and security.

What this will do, if successful, is change the color from hot, worrying red to cool, smooth blue, the blue of the UN helmets in action, or not, as time will tell for the people of Syria and the people of the United States and the world.
