MARY HIGGINS CLARK FAN ALERT

For any of you Mary Higgins Clark fans, on April 9, she's releasing her latest novel  DADDY'S GONE A HUNTING.  Unfortunately, the reviews have not been encouraging.  I did reserve a copy because several years ago we went to an "Evening With Mary Higgins Clark" at the Bass in Fort Worth. She was a gracious old dame!  Here's what Publishers Weekly had to say:

On Sunday on Hallmark Movies channel they are going to have a Mary Higgins Clark marathon . They will have her newest movie on during that marathon. You should check your cable for the time.

Finished this book last night and enjoyed it!  Yes, there are multi coincidences but the story moves quickly.  I'd figured out the main mystery about half way through but not how it would play out.  Clark is old but can still tell a good story!  We went to "An Evening with Mary Higgins Clark" in Fort Worth several years ago.  Next read is David Baldacci's new THE HIT.
