My version of heavon would be

to go fishing, and not have some croc lining me up for dinner

to go swimming and not have to worry about Box jellyfish or iraconji

to have a beer fridge that never runs out of beer

to pick the right numbers in Lotto

I think the trade off is that the beauty of the land and sea are so outstanding that the down sides involved seem tolerable.
