Favorite TV shows

Many of us watch TV a lot. What are some of your favorite TV shows? Right now my favorite is American Idol. What shows do you love to watch?

LOL, Phil Collignon......i like that wierd stuff too. Sometimes, the court shows are a study in STUPID and ABNORMAL behavior..lol. I also like the True crime stuff and the Medical Examijer. Well..i havent watched the latter 2 in awhile..

I agree with your assessment of Criminal Minds -- pretty much like most shows, it lost it's spark a while ago. Too bad because I love the "study of abnormal behavior" too!

Phil, you're probably right. My memory is so bad, it's not only possible, but probable. I try to keep things fresh, but it's slow on here and I keep wracking my brain to keep things going.

For utter awe and fascination I am an avid fan of Stephen Hawking's Universe,

then, to be totally mesmerized I watch every Sir David Attenborough Doco I can find,

I'm also a great `UnderBelly' fan, which are a series of Australian t.v. productions

about corruption, crime and murder that has actually taken place - tremendous acting!

Then of course, to balance things out, I really enjoy a giggle with `Everybody Loves Raymond'.

Ozzie, Everybody loves Raymond is funny. Have you ever watched King of Queens? That's hilarious. My kids swear all I ever watch is Judge Judy.

Lol, thanks Helen, and the script writers of Everybody Loves Raymond are so very good,

to the extent where I enjoy watching repeats again and again, whilst there are

other t.v. shows that I would never, ever watch a repeat.

And `no' I must say that I have not heard of King of Queens,

and I've not watched any episodes of Judge Judy for years now.

I do have my top favorite afternoon `soapie', The Bold and the Beautiful,

I love the over-the-top opulence of the decor'e in Forrester's mansions,

including added accommodation on the grounds, the beautiful fountains

and gardens, together with the floral arrangements inside the main home,

along with all the furniture, mirrors, staircase etc, and also their Beach House

and Log Cabin up at Big Bear, where dear ol' Stephanie is about to kark it,

with the love of her life, Eric staying with her to the end.....

yes, I can admit that I am totally addicted to B&B LOL!

I don't watch often, but I DVR and watch when I get a chance: Scandal, Nashville, SMASH, American Idol, Glee (I'm noticing a trend here with singing/music!), Once Upon a Time, and Burn Notice - so basically, an hour a day ... maybe. Sometimes I'll just have it playing in the background and semi-listen while I'm on the computer or doing something else!
