I think I've been telling you a lie about no cowboys...my husband was born on a ranch in WY and did almost everything on a horse, they had cattle and sheep and a few cows. I'm thinking he must be a cowboy. Or was a cowboy perhaps a shepherd.
They also had cats and dogs.
We had goulash with hungarian paprika tonight.
Texas Toast... because nobody wants toast from Oregon.
I'm going to fry some beer battered fish and make some mac n cheese.
I don't know. My wife hasn't told me what I'm cooking yet.
Chinese. House Specialty. Buncha worms and shrimp and chicken and beef and pork and two vegetable looking things. I always get it and it's always good and I'm always hurting full. Life is good. (I saw that on a fortunate cookie)
Spaghetti and meatballs.
easy peasy cause I already had frozen sauce and meatballs.
I made a pot of chili, and I think I'm going to make some corn bread too.
Made a leg of lamb on Sunday so we ate lamb sandwiches for dinner with chutney. (Col.Grey's)
I forgot to buy mint sauce.
Tonight I made enchiladas.
Homemade hamburger with Swiss cheese, pickle and lettuce on bread.
3 1/2 year old Grandson is coming over this afternoon. I asked him what he wanted me to cook for his dinner tonight. He said steak grandpa. So I'm grilling some steak and making a salad.
