Still a problem even after Sunday's update.

You are supposed to disable JAVA, but NOT Javascript. Javascript entirely different program, according to what I read and saw on the news.
I've got Java disabled on all my browsers but starting today, the following keeps popping up on my laptop (but not the desktop, not yet anyway): "User Acct Control: Do you want to allow the following progr. to make changes to this computer? Program name: jucheck.exe; Verified Publisher: Oracle America, Inc.; File Origin: Hard drive on this computer. Yes? No?" (If I hover the cursor over the icon for it, it says "Java update avail.")
I've just been telling it No but it keeps popping up. Should I just continue doing that?
it probably has an update downloaded for it...but the answer to give is "no"
