Should a person be ashamed or embarrassed that a furry little friend is more flexible when doing a hamstring stretch than she is???
Especially when one of them is 74 with a huge lower-back spine spur, 5 knee surgeries, osteoarthritis, sciatica, etc., etc., etc.!!!

looking good TW...looking good

TW I'd never get my legs up like that.  I tried lifting mine off the floor and couldn't do it.  Not even with all the walking I did in the summer

Embarrassed....NO!   I'm surprised the sweet furry baby can stay in that position and sleep...LOL!

Great photos, TW......made my day!

It appears that most folks on FB, and maybe a few in THIS group, too, think that the sweet furry baby is MINE - It is NOT!!  A friend sent me an email the other day with a bunch of cute photos in it, and this flexible little sweet thing was in one of those photos!!!  Actually that hamstring stretch is NOT  good  for anyone who has back problems (like me!), so I only did that particular stretch for the "fun of it" since I at least had to TRY to do what that furry baby did!  This is the main hamstring stretch that I do.
