It is a wonder that a show like History Channel for three years has been finding evidence of aliens of the "what if" kind and as explanation of all the marvels of modern man.  Which leads to the point of, if aliens were that much better than we are why did they ever bother A:to come here and B: go through the effort considering the results, so far.

Nope, if there are aliens amongst  us they are either seeking amusement or preparing to "Serve Mankind".
