Alas,  The year is coming to an end.  Am planning (best laid plans) to visit here at least one time a day. And to make December bright in my eyes.  Love and laughter and good riddance to 2012.

I agree Eddie. I have been a little too busy to swing by but thankfully the coffee is always on. 

The skiff of snow is almost melted and I have finally picked up a couple of gifts. Listened to Christmas music all the way to and from my Dr. appointment helped get me in the Christmas spirit.

it's already Saturday afternoon, and the online world is pretty quiet.  i reckon everyone's out there doing last minute shopping?

Doing odd jobs around the house.  Also copying some CDs for my brother.

No presents this year, we agreed on it.  So there are two less shoppers mucking things up.  The national weather said we are in for snow.  The local weather says a slight chance on Tuesday.  However the temps will be too warm for any snow to stick.  YAYYYY!

it was that kind of day here, too.  puttering.

temps right at freezing, but nothing falling out of the sky.

son and one of his girlfriends are rolling in sometime tomorrow, probably late afternoon, but of course he wouldn't be pinned down to a time....  i'd let him get away with that, before i knew that Coral and her family were going to be within visiting distance tomorrow, so i'll miss the chance to see her and her family this year.  sigh.  maybe next year, tho'.

  I slept in until 7:00 this morning and got up to a mild 42 degrees.

Since my architorture projects are pretty much on their own now I am back to continuing where I left off home improvement-wise.  So today will be a little bit of drywall sanding and painting.  That will complete the entry.  Yay!!  Then back to the kitchen to finish up there.  Not much to finish up there but at my pace......

Good morning all and a happy Sunday

It has been pretty nice here, one little snow and some cold yet yesterday was sweater weather again....one never knows

am going to a meeting, then church at two this afternoon, then home to begin my sauce for tomorrow evening, we are going over to my granddaughters, usually have it here, so haven't even put up a tree this year, somehow am just not in the mood for Christmas....we will make the best of it though, I am convinced is as good as I make it to be...

Am looking forward to seeing Lynn in Janurary, and really am looking forward to a bright new year..who knows what the future may bring..

my son and his girlfriend will be here sometime soon.  his world turns on its own clock, different than anyone else's.

yes, as soon as Christmas is over, i'll get excited about going to Denver!
