Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

New York strip steaks on the grill, with mixed veggies. (I bought a whole loin of New York strips at Sam's club. After I got done slicing it up, I ended up with 22 nice steaks at a cost of just under $4.50 a piece)

Today was the street fair.   Lots to choose from and it all smelled wonderful!!   Had jerk chicken w/black beans & rice.  It was okay.    Boy, street food is expensive!

Cinnamon shredded oats with yogurt and peaches.

I'm saving myself for lunch tomorrow.  I'm taking my daughter to lunch at the Space Needle.

We are both Seattle natives and have never had a meal there yet.

So we will be checking that off our bucket lists.

I tried to make something in the crockpot, but it never cooked.  My crockpot is broken!!  I've only had it seven months and haven't used it that much.

Luckily I had a pizza to thaw.
