TBD on Ning

OK, Here goes.

It is the third. Of may that is. I haven't been here for a while and decided to check in. Saw that the April 2012 Discussion had  been closed. When the REPLY tag vanishes that means the discussion is closed. I thought about reopening it and then changed my mind and opened this one.

friday, here comes the weekend again!  anything unusual going on?

Being extremely lazy this evening. Polished toe nails, reading a magazine and listening to the AC churn out cool air. It has been horrendously windy and hot. I may take a moment and load a few more CD's into the computer as I slowly rebuild my Itunes.

Another long hot day ahead tomorrow...

sounds like a delightful friday night leading up to one last workday for the week!

Another nice Saturday in paradise.  I hear rain is coming the first of the week.  Maybe it will be diverted and miss us.  It was nice to take a work break and poke around in the dirt and admiring the surviving plants.

sounds like you've had a peaceful day!  i sent the link about Sharon's necklace, and the blog URL, to my friend Patti in Wilmington, NC.  she also makes beaded jewelery but is more a dabbler than a serious artist -- not that she doesn't have talent but that's how she sees herself.  since she has only dialup email, it may take a while before i hear back, but it seemed like the "right" thing to do!

Thank you Lynn.  Sharon has no problem sharing what she does and how she does it.  Enjoyment in doing is what it is all about.

Hi, Richard, Lynn and Crystal!

Richard, I saw the article on Facebook about the necklace Sharon created.  There was a link to her etsy site (page?), I saw it and Liked it.  You're right, enjoyment in the making is the important thing.

I hope you are all having a good Sunday!

Thank you for visiting Sharon's Etsy "shop" Goldilocks!  She does enjoy her work.  Selling any amazes her.  LOL

here we are, sunday again.  this seems to be the day that's hardest for me to occupy myself.  the pool is half full of kids, the grocery shopping done yesterday, and gas is pretty pricey for a sunday drive, but i may do that anyhow.  next weekend will be easier, i'm off to DC area to visit kids and friends....

Well, summer is over here in the rose city.  It's raining and who knows how long it will last.  Oh well I have too much to do inside anyway.  Lucky inside projects!  Hahaha  We have 2 new mason bee hive things to hang up when there is a break in the weather.  There is a no vacancy sign on our existing one.  :)

mason bee hive things?  ?  had to look that one up, thank you for the learning experience!
