TBD on Ning

Suggestions anyone?

Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Do you like Chinese food?

Salad, ribs, and a sweet potato.

Veggie Pizza. The jalapenos were too hot ate the first slice, then picked them off the next three.

Bob, What the hell are "Beefless Tips"?

Beefless Tips sounds illegal in Texas.

Chocolate kolaches and Chocovine.

Robbie......Beefless Tips are "Vegan" food. There are chicken and beef varietys that are quite tasty....really. I have no idea what they are made of, but there is no animal fat to add junk to the arteries.

We're not really "Vegan" ...just trying to eat a little more healthy. Course I can't totally leave out good 'ole Southern comfort food, so we do splurge and have meat loaf, meat balls, mac and cheese, bisquits and steak  mixed in there from time to time.......plus bacon, sausage, eggs, etc.....

Chicken pho for my daughter who has the flu and chicken phad thai (medium hot) for me who does not.

And for dessert, a fortune cookie whose message is "A good reputation is more valuable than money".

That reminds me, I dreamed that the winning lottery ticket numbers were "reserved" for me already.  All I need to do is buy the ticket.

I'll let you know how that goes.

Baia, I've got 2 lottery tickets I haven't checked yet. Gee, somehow checking in here seems more important. Of course if I win, I'll be posting my butt off. Actually what I wanted to say is that just about 34 years ago, before I proposed to my Sweetie, we were on vacation and ended up in a chinese restaurant. I don't remember the fortune she had in her cookie, but mine will stick in my head until the day I die. It read..."You are doomed to be happy in marriage." Weirdest fortune cookie I have ever had, but damn cookie was right.

Oh, dinner... almost forgot, we had a late lunch at Smokey Bones and called it quits.

Hot dogs and oven fries....

Leftover lobster ravioli.  I don't believe there is really any lobster in it.

I'm tired of cooking so tonight I am going to nuke a frozen egg plant parmesan.

Sounds like it's Italian night.  I had a ham and cheese with a small bowl of chicken nooodle.  Chicken noodle soup counts as pasta, right?
