Sounded ok till you got to the olive salad. I'm not a fan of olives.
Bob,that is the heart of the muffelatta. I first tried one at Mardi Gras in New Orleans, but have adopted my own version. If you are thinking about pimento stuffed olives, those aren't in the mix I make. There are a lot of different olives and when you blend them together, it is a "different" flavor. If you are dead set against olives, there are no mufelattas in your future. ;-(
Well, sir.....most all of what you cook sounds good, but I just don't like the taste of olives of any color or stuffed with anything. I know....I'm in the minority but I am rather unique.
Carry on, good Sir.
Made "chicken spaghetti" last night. Tasted so good we're having it again! Be not afraid of casseroles!
On Sunday 5000 pounds of BBQ brisket and I made 100 gallons of BBQ sauce.
Homemade chop suey with brown rice
BBQ chicken on the grill and a veggie yet to be determined.
I'll find something.
If I go drop in on my friend Myrna she'll feed me.
