TBD on Ning

Suggestions anyone?

Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Do you like Chinese food?

Limited partnership or corportation?

More like a coalition.

Aggie smile!

Ms Michelina provided me with a smallish, but tasty, chicken dinner.

BBQ ribs and liquid bread.

Dollar beer.

Roasted deli turkey, with mayo, horseradish, Provolone cheese and Bibb lettuce on toasted oatmeal bread.

A couple of Cokes for refreshment and re-energizing, as I'm on the last lap of some home repairs before the fiancee returns tomorrow from a trip to see her parents, and I want her to be happy and ready to relax when she walks in the door. Maybe I'll reward myself with some ice cream, after I'm done, if I'm happy with the results.

I made loaded nachos.

Muffaletta and a tangy Pinot from Oregon.  We went out, because the alternative was Vienna sausages and chocolate milk.

I'm making a turkey pot pie, but now I want a muffaletta!!! I haven't made those for at least a year, but think I'll have to remedy that in the near future.

Muffa-what????

Muffelattas Bob? I've had them several different ways, but they all have certain things in common. They are on a round flat bread, contain several types of lunch meat, cheese, and topped with olive salad. I usually make mine with ham, cappicola, prosciutto, salami. and provolone, and I usually make my own olive salad, with 4 or 5 different kinds of olives, but you can usually find it pre made. Basically pick several kinds of you favorite lunch meats, and some cheese. Put it on top of a flat bread, put it under the broiler till it gets slightly toasty, then add the olive salad, fold it in half, and chow down on what I think is one of the best sandwiches I have ever had.
