TBD

TBD on Ning

We have had such a mild winter here that things are blooming all over the place.

I'm scared to think that spring is arriving early, because I fear a late-season cold snap.

I have, however, thoroughly enjoyed this winter, and am enjoying the early bloom.

I've been taking photos over the last several days, as I walk the dogs, most particularly for Jaylee, who I know enjoys nature, but I hope everyone will enjoy seeing these early signs of spring.

ha. you're funny, Robbie. Those northern friends of ours are gonna put you on their >>>>list if you're not careful.

Ya'll are not funny.....

brrr, Cowboy, it's turned so cold here. 9:38pm & it's only 50º!

It's winter again here in the 'Burgh, snowing and cold.  My early crocuses should be OK though, they can withstand the cold and snow.

Okay, well, I was trying to give the Cowboy a hard time, but it's really supposed to get down to the mid 30's tonight & tomorrow night.

It was 30 here this morning. suposed to get down to 40 tonight. I hooked the water hose back up to the RV.

d's, I really enjoyed the weekend, even tho we didn't get to play dominoes. The food was great and I think a great time was had by all.

I enjoyed it, too, Robbie, although I WAS looking forward to some Mexican Train Dominoes. Sunday evening would've been perfect for it, but the guy w/the dominoes & the cute dog took off!

It may actually get above freezing later today.

Was three above zero Saturday morning........oh, and there 's this white, fluffy, cold stuff all over everything....

.....but I have sunshine in my life...:-)

Everytime I think it's getting better, it turns icky again.  It think that's what the prediction is for tomorrow too: "icky".

It was suh-LICK this morning heading for work...maybe the worst commute all winter, so far.  When I consider that it was bad because it was right about at freezing, I have to conclude that all in all, its been a pretty wimpy winter so far, up here on The Leelanau.

Wimpy, weird winter here.  Today is gray w/sleet/rain/snow.  I rather miss the serious winters we've had in recent history.  It gives me something to brag about!

But each day is one closer to spring!

Yay for 'wimpy' winters!!!!
