Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

There's a little Thai place a few blocks from our house that makes the best Tom Kha Gai I've ever had. I always get some when I have a cold - Works better than chicken soup. I'm such a regular that they know my fiancee's voice when she's phoning in an order for me.
Deez, you might be able to make those wraps using rice wraps, instead of tortillas - Rice wraps are gluten-free, right ? They won't be as chewy as tortillas, but if you've ever had spring rolls, you should get the idea.

Hey! Speaking of cotton, which reminds me of the south, which reminds me of living in Tuskegee, which reminds me of noble men like Grover Washington & George Washington Carver, which reminds me of another noble man, James Earl Carter, guess WHAT?!? Ducatiman got invited to the Carter Center next month to hear a panel discussion that President Carter will be part of & he's bringing me as a guest! How cool is THAT?!?

Tonight we'll be featuring the last of the Cajun Johnsonville Brats with a bit of Peppercorn Ranch Dressing drizzled over them, encased in cheapo hot dog buns......some potato chips, and a few swigs of Coke.
