Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

I love the pork steaks, pan fried. Usually I just marinade in whatever strikes my fancy.

Ducatiman's making pork chops & green beans for dinner tonight!
Last night we had Swordfish steaks & fried rice w/onions & spinach.
