TBD on Ning

Suggestions anyone?

Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Do you like Chinese food?

Leave the gun.

Homemade cheese/onion quesadilla...delish!  Maybe some strawberry shortcake later.

Alas, no kiss...just wonderful memories.  ;-)

Me too....left over quesadillas from dinner today....out of strawberries, but have plenty of memories. :-)

Chinese--Sweet and Sour Pork, Chicken and Broccoli, General Tso's Chicken, Sesame Beef, Pork Fried Rice, Eggs Rolls.

We shared.

I would hope so....
Stuffed peppers. Ground beef, diced onion, diced tomato, seasoned salt, garlic, and a heathy dose of salsa. Pre cook the peppers, stuff with the above, and slices of cheddar cheese. Fnish off in the microwave or the oven.

Last night I was gonna cook some hotdogs over the campfire, but got hungry before I got the fire going.  So I boiled the dogs, and augmented them with mustard and ketchup.  I also had store bought potato salad and macaroni salad, and Rosey baked beans.

The 'dogs had a real peculiar taste, so I only ate one and a half.  I didn't want to get food poisoning.  It was weird, they smelled all right before I started the boiling process.  Today I think I'll buy some new 'dogs.....maybe a little something better than the store brand variety.

7-3-11 UPDATE!!!  Essentially the same meal as above, but with new hotdogs that didn't smell peculiar, and the addition of a few cherry tomatoes on the side.
I dunno...maybe I'll have the shortcake or the 'skinny cow' that I haven't had for dessert followed by some guilty, need to have some protein food.   Menu in reverse.
Mmmm. A variety of mushrooms cooked in red wine and butter, some roasted carrots, and an egg. Delish.

We had mushrooms cooked in red wine & butter, too, kains! Mushrooms & *onions*, of course.

And NY Strips, Rosemary Potatoes, and a nice little salad w/field greens, campari tomatoes, blue cheese & balsamic vinaigrette. Hard ciders to drink.

We ate al fresco, at the picnic table outside our new home, w/the dogs hanging out w/us. It was nice.
