You know, in a blind taste test I wouldn't know the diff, pro'lly, but I heard a long-ago rumor that Pepsi was Nixon's soda, and Pepsi owns Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and Frito Lay and Yum brands, and it all seems so piggy to me. Grill time: specialize in ribs, chicken or something of your own?

I grill a lot of different things, but I have to say ribs. I've had people that don't even know me, say that my ribs are the best they have ever had. I marinate then for a couple days, pat them dry, and use a dry rub. Then sloooow grill them for about 4 hours. Then I crank the flames up, smother them in my own sauce, and lightly blacken then.
