I just got this in an e-mail. Since I don't text I thought it was cute.

English Grammar: Capitalization

In the world of hi-tech gadgetry, texting, and tweeting I've noticed that more and more people who send messages and emails have forgotten the art of capitalization.

For those of you who fall into this category, please take note of the following statement:

"Capitalization is the difference between helping your Uncle Jack off a horse, and helping your uncle jack off a horse."

I swore I would never text, but now I do it all the time. No acronyms or shortened words, just real sentences. I can't call someone while I'm at work, but I can jot a quick note to my girls or to a friend and they can answer when they have a chance. Things like "Pick a place for dinner. I'm buying." It really does make staying connected a little easier.

And also, there is a very special friend from this site that I text with every day, and it makes me smile to see his messages in the morning. That's the best use of texting ever.

DWT....drivimg while texting, see it all the time. Use to be we were rolling joints if our heads were tilted down. But they never watch for cops, why is that?
