It's Saturday Easter Eve.......

Morning Mooskateers ....I hope you all have your eggs dyed and ready.....I am having a very low key Easter this year . No company , no travels over the hills and through the woods , just a BBQ with the hippies . I think I will hide eggs for them though and see if they remember why their walking around with baskets ......hahahahahhahaaa

Well, getting ready for Easter dinner. It'll involve all the seasonal stuff: carrots, asparagus, strawberries, ham, eggs, etc. Hopefully everything will be done by Sunday.....

Love the egg pictures. And who's with the Easter Bunny? He's kinda scary.

Hi there, realteal!!! I won't be cooking this Easter... Whew!!! Dodged another bullet... All I have to do is go to the store and pick up some rolls and take them to our daughters house on Easter Sunday!!! Couldn't get any easier than that!!! LOL

I wish I could have slept in this morning but those darn thunder claps woke me right up!

My plans today are to pick up some last minute things at the store, pick up a cake I ordered, and do some organizing here.

Tomorrow I'm doing brunch.  The kids will both be here, but at different times. My son will be here earlier in the morning with his girlfriend and her little one, but it's a travel day for him, he's on his way to Chicago for work.  Then the next crew arrives after church.  I guess our little Easter egg hunt here will be inside since we'll be getting more rain.

Cat, it sounds like you're really going to enjoy the Easter Holiday with the kids... I remember having Easter egg hunts in the house when it rained... :)  I used to also hide candy all over the house and of course the baskets were also hidden... I used to leave a trail of candy leading from the kids' beds throughout the house and then they'd find piles of candy, etc. everywhere... What an exciting time we had and lots of laughs!!!  Aaaawwww, the memories... :)

Thanks KC!  I bought the candy. . . I have a feeling I'll be leaving a trail of candy in the house as well.  It's really pretty out today, so if it stays like this we can go outside.  I wish I had them all together at the same time, but it just isn't going to work out that way.  It'll still be fun.  Those little girls get so excited about everything!
