Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Oh my....all this over grits?  I know 'nuttin 'bout grits...but I do like "malt-0-meal"...any relation?

Tonight I had wild rice w/ salmon...which had a yummy orange sauce glaze.  I just might have a bite of dark chocolate/raspberry filling for dessert.

I have no idea what malt-O-meal is, Jaylee, but "malt" usually refers to barley & grits are made from corn.

Leftover Progresso pea soup, from a couple of days ago, and some oyster crackers.  Once again, quite good.

Today I left work at noon (no work to do), stopped and got Thai takeout, Gang Masaman.  I ate about half of it for lunch, and warmed the rest of it for supperdinner.  Man was that good.  Oh, and washed it down with a big regular Coke.

I had leftovers. Did I already say that? Oh, well... I had Chicken Sliders, Sauteed Kale w/garlic & onions, & a baked potato w/butter & cheese.

 

And now I'm having Merlot & need to be asleep. ;-p
