Writing and 'AI'

I often get the 'option' to use AI to 'improve' things that I write; I do not like that. But I did try it once, and it was only a couple of words that were different. So I was happy to learn that I'm doing all right.

Anyway, I also read a lot of books. Recently, I've seen so many by someone with a certain name. It seemed odd to me--so many titles and many with the names of two authors. Well, I decided to check it out. Today, I learned that originally, this was just a name that a company used to produce books by ghostwriters. And now, they've switched to AI.

I will NOT read books written by AI! I think I have a few in my 'to be read' pile, so I will be deleting all of those now.
