Chain Gang? Factory Girl? Sixteen Tons? I've Been Working?
Huey is rather nausea inducing isn't he? Worse than Celine?

No, it would not...Normally, I'd say "Screw It" and play it anyway, but we've got a new station manager, and I'm trying to stay on her good side - Maybe she can get the #*&!* e-mail site repaired, or find somebody that can, along with a few other little things that have floating in the crapper for the last couple of months.

Ooo... you could play The Dead Milkmen's "Labor Day" but it may not pass the FCC test.

This Sunday Night, the Annual Labor Day Smellathon, with a whole buncha songs about WORK, "The Curse of the Drinking Class". Absolutely NO BTO, Loverboy or Huey Lewis will be allowed. Be There or be Management.

Hadda re-route after a two-car head-on blocked my usual route to the station....

Nuthin' out of the ordinary. Usually it's something like planetary collision or a Giant Ant invasion..

Album of the Week vote, Mizz MM? The new Reverend Horton Heat, the new Drive-by Truckers odds'n'ends album, the Jefferson Airplane at Woodstock or the ever-lovin' Mystery Album. Vote early, vote often...

By the way what were the choices for "Album of the Week?"
Comment by Ubu on August 23, 2009 at 6:02pm
I'm suffering from serious computer problems. I thought you had stepped away from the mike and then checked to see I lost my stream. I came back just in time to catch the end of Surfer Girl. I missed the Book of Knots tune. That's okay. I hope everyone new to both of those tunes enjoyed them. The stream kept going in and out and I missed what you were saying about Book of Knots. Can I get a repeat?
It would be more fitting if I was on a second floor balcony. Heaving it was a consideration.
