ON THE ROAD AGAIN 16

it's the 17th of Dec.. Tomorrow I start North. Blondie, Cali, Hope to meet you gals while I'm there. SandyD Maybe I'll be able to swing through Charleston on the way back down.

Yesterday I moved to a better site here in the PAFB RV Park. (See Pics). Tomorrow I leave. So most of today I will spend getting ready.

This morning I met with George Richards. He wins the prize for being the 40th tbd person I have met in real life.

On Talking About Toothpaste in Non-Toothpaste Groups on TBD

I got a message from George V. Richards yesterday about wanting to keep his group "All Drift All The Time" light. He doesn't want toothpaste comments on his site. He thinks it's inappropriate to talk about toothpaste there. And we all know about the sites where they talk about toothpaste and related issues all the time.

But I'm a nonconformist and a free-speech advocate. So, what the heck, if I want to talk about toothpaste, I'll talk about toothpaste! Here goes.

Transitioning from the old TBD

Well, some of us made it over hear, and are trying to figure out this new site, or maybe have already figured it out. Lots of new people on now that weren't on the other site. Interesting to note that, out of 46,223 people on the old site, only 4.3% made it over here. Some, I know, didn't want to move over here, and I certainly respect that.

Coming over to this group from TBD

Hi - I was on the first Tee Bee Dee site. Recently, I got the Message of Doom - entitled
Message from RobinWolaner: A Message I Didn't Want to Send. I thought TBD was doing great! I am sorry that the group has to end there, but glad it is starting here. I will try to re-join the groups I was already in and do my profile too. I plan to be proactive about adding friends this time.

It's a lot more fun with friends!

Giving Up On TBD and Going Along With Ning? ...WHY?

OK...so, I was away for a while and didn't log onto TeeBeeDee for a few months. OK...so, it was six months.

But when I came back with vim and vigor ready to put my two cents worth in, lo and behold!...the site was slateted for shut down! WHY?
