I don't completely understand what you're asking here. Please try to explain better.
hi james,
i am not really sure i have a higher power as such. the only power that i know i posess is the one that i continue to use, occasionally abuse, and the one i call: me. i hope that makes some sort of sense. this power will be used up in a few fleeting years here on earth. to join the great cosmic river.
respectfully
dave
i am talking about what you beliving,do you call it god,the great spreat in the sky i am asking
Hi James, I call upon, rely on, learn from and pray to the Great Spirit, (God) I believe that it is His spirit in others that I hear each day. I find Him in all of nature, vegetation, animal and in all human beings. I hear his voice within me awake and asleep, I see His wonders throughout out our world and it's life. I use many teachings, from many religions and ways of life. I follow in large the teachings of my ancestors and those who have gone before me. I also learn each day I am granted to reach to new voices, new teachings and all life for to me, all life is respectively filled with wisdom and teaching.

It is my earnest faith and belief that we are all one, all life is a circle and that we are dependent one on another to make the circle complete. I do hope I have answered your question as I am thankful for your postings.
Hi James. I often have many names I use when referring to my "higher power." I don't believe in the "One Superior God" perspective, as I believe that all gods/goddesses are in someway reflective of qualities of the Divine Source. When I pray, I may say "Dear Lord," but I don't think of Lord as the traditional Christian perspective. To me, Lord is a term to encompass all that is Divine. Other times, I might pray, Dear Father Mother God, to ensure to include the masculine and feminine natures of the Divine. Other times, I may start out: Dear Creator of my Soul. I guess what I'm really saying is that the terms I use to refer to my great source ... God, Divine, Creator, etc. aren't all that important, they're more inspired by what my heart feels about the connection at the moment. Sometimes, I'm irreverant enough to say, Okay, Big Guy, help me out here. :-)
James,
I rely on my higher power throughout the day and evening....I call my higher power by many names, as well, and i thank him/her, the spirit, the creative universe (I truly believe we are all one) in the morning when i wake up....ask to be guided and directed throughout the day, and i thank him at night for a beautiful wonderful day
when i rely on that higher power for my guidance ( and not my own self will ) my day is good and all is well
