I'm going to fire up the grill and have a BBQ chicken breast, and some type of veggie.
I haven't posted to this question in a long, long time.
I only have about three items that I prepare, alternating them around.
I was thinking that people might have been getting tired of hearing about my dietary intake.
Maybe, if some of you are getting more and more forgetful, as I am, you've forgotten about what I eat (or maybe you've forgotten me, as well).
So, I thought I'd throw tonight's menu out here for all to see.
Its gonna be a baked chicken thigh, and perhaps a baked potato. Oh, I was thinking about having some canned artichoke hearts, too. Those things are good for ya, right?
Boiling up some cabbage right now. 'Murican Cabbage that is. Gonna whoop up some cornbread and oven fry some chicken breast. Cherry chocolates for dessert.
I lied about the dessert. It was cinamin rolls poppin' fresh from the oven.
It's only about 1 pm here, we just had a grilled turkey sandwich with avacado, tomato and leaf lettuce.
To Mr.Stir Young, yes artichokes are good for you, yummy too.
Never did have room for any artichoke hearts from the can.....guess I dodged a bullet there, what with my general aversion to healthy foods. ;-)

I went to a festival today and had catfish, cole slaw and potato soup.
No dinner tonight.
I'm going to start a pot of vegetable beef soup tonight. I simmer it for about 6 hours, so that will be dinner tomorrow. Tonight I think I'm just going to make a burger and fries.
