btw, the breakfast I made this morning rocked! Omelettes w/fresh spinach, goat cheese, cheddar, chopped almonds, topped w/just a little salsa. Served w/potato pancakes & bacon. It was fab.
Tonight i tried a new recipe called Lemon-Chili Talapia and i baked some red potatoes with parsley and butter.

It was tasty! I been getting reipes from the food network website and also a Rachel Ray book i have. One of my favorite recipes from Rachel Ray is for winter white minestrone soup, it contains lots of yum!!!
Pan seared Albacore Tuna tossed w/leftover fettucine w/some seasoning. Just adequate. It was fine. Whatever.
I'm thinking some special latkes, with a few exotic root veggies thrown into the batter.
Smoked Turkey, brown rice & broccoli slaw, tossed together w/a little butter & seasoning & nuked. It was good.
Oscar Mayer has these new sliced Ham & Turkey packages that are hearty slices of meat, like an entree, not like lunchmeat. I'll buy them again when they're on sale.
OK, tonight I changed that whole tilapia salad thing. I substituted salmon for the tilapia.
I dunno, I like to live on the edge sometimes.
