Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.
Tonight I'm making portabello sandwiches. I marinate the shrooms in butter, balsamic vinagrette, and brown sugar. Toss em on a hot grill for about 5 minutes for each side. Put them on a hoagie roll, add grilled peppers and onions, and top with provolone. YUMMY!!!
