Your area should have some good water this summer. If I was there I might try it. Haven't been in one since my hip went bad. My last boat was a whitewater canoe. You straddled a pedestal and straped yourself in. The last time I used it, my leg went numb and I had to trade with one of the Kayakers. That was my last trip. Think it was 2005 or 2006. I did have a lot of fun when we lived at Harpers Ferry.
