This is a real, undoctored in any way picture. Tim's Special Cuts is on Government Way in Coeur d'Alene. First time I saw these two together, I couldn't stop laughing. Kim wondered what in hell I was laughing at? I finally told her that I'm not sure I could ever buy 'special cuts' from Tims.

The cow is dead, and his feet are sticking up in the air. The implication to me being that if you eat Tim's meat, you wind up in the Memorial Gardens next door! LOL.
