I went to an Arbys fast food restaurant today for a chicken sandwich and a free value size shake. The free shake was with a previous receipt and validation number I received by doing a short survey on line. I asked for a chocolate shake as no flavor was specified.The young worker at the register said I can only get vanilla. I did question that since I had gotten free mocha shakes before for my wife. He insisted that he can only give me vanilla. Rather than ask for a manager, I settled for vanilla, though I preferred chocolate. It's the same price for any flavor but I am not one who likes to argue. A few minutes later, he said the vanilla was not working and asked me if I would take a chocolate shake instead. (DUH) !!!!!
