Probably the for sale sign.  In my neighborhood every time someone sells a house, the neighborhood worries that the property is going to be turned  into apts and rented to college students.

I have a no solicitors sign on my door. Two days in a row now people have rang the doorbell. I point to the sign and they said they weren't there to sell me something. Then they proceed to try to sell me something! The nerve.

It was sub-zero outside and I put a lilac wreath on my front door....well, I was just hoping for the best, geesh.
