Man admits killing his wife with totem pole

The Minneapolis StarTribune reported today that, "A northern Minnesota artist admitted in court Wednesday that he fatally crushed his wife with a 17-foot-tall totem pole they were carving, a murder his accusers say was fueled by infidelity and deceit."

The Minnesota legislature, which convenes this week, might be expected to consider a law which would ban the deadly totem pole.

I wonder what they are going to ban the pole from.

The method certainly had a special flair, didn’t it.  Perhaps one should expect that from an artist, though.
