It is just me and my husband and I am mostly vegetarian and He is a meat eater. Usually it is okay but I do end up with a lot of one thing, such as Lentil soup. I can freeze it but I try to make a lot less so I only have to eat it over a few days instead of a whole week.
I am just wondering what you all are cooking that you maybe freeze or have cut into a workable recipe so you aren't making so much of it and having to eat it all week?
