More snow...this time it is a Nor'easter.

It has started snowing again in earnest here.  Supposed to keep up a pretty steady pace through the wee hours of the morning.  This is a Nor'easter, meaning it comes up the coast and then swirls around and comes back at us off the water from the North East...they can be really bad storms and dump a lot of snow...glad I am cozied in for the next few days.   

Anyone doing anything special for Presidents Day?

Well....I may have had something to do with it....but you can't get a silk purse out of a sow's ear. I had great material to work with.

wish my son would buy me a sleep number bed .. you do have a great son karin .. i looked at them things and thought about it but ended up buildin my own bed and gettin one of them 12 inch thick memory foam mattresses .. its ok but it said it would be firm and it really was .. but we're startin to break it in and its more comfortable now then when i first got it . it wasn't the brand name so it cost less .. before i had a regular mattress with one of them memory foam toppers and that was pretty comfortable but nothin lasts forever .. i think if i had to do it all over again i'd get a regular mattress with a memory foam topper .. and this time i didn't get a box spring but one of them bunkie pads which is not much more than the platform thats already there .. perhaps if i had a box spring that might make the difference .. i never sleep all that well anyway tho so a better mattress probably wouldn't help me get more sleep .. i'd just be more comfortable wakin up all the time ..
