two places a while back, that has healed.  Now I have a crushed disk.  They injected gel into it
Tuesday and will continue until I have some relief.  I just heard about a "Maverick disc replacement" Any one here heard of it or had one?

No, I haven't my gosh you must be suffering. Sorry you are having to deal with this. I was just thinking today that I could walk for miles and miles if my back didn't start hurting after the first half mile. I'm feeling bad that I was complaining after what you've been thru.

Thanks! I drive 100 miles a day and thats what gets me.  I can walk all day long.  It is sitting that kills me.

Thank you all for your suggestions and support.  This gel seems to be working pretty well and I go back in two weeks for another shot in my disc. I am going to go to that website and take a look.

I will get  the name of the procedure. (It's a very long name) They inject a gel substance into the disk (all done with camera, etc) It lifts the disk from rubbing on itself and (hopefully over time and injections) cushions the disk space.

I've done belly shots.

I think a Maverick disc replacement is for a back broken by a calf.....your back was broken by a horse you probably need a filly disc replacement.
