seems the french are ahead of us ?? or not ??  but this one guy says he studied this for years and his conclusion is .. women throw away your bras .. they don't do you any good at all ..

I don't really know why women wear them . Maybe too hide the nipples ? When I was young I didn't wear any underwear . Just didn't like them . When I was we little my aunt (same age as I was) would swap underwear , really ! When I got my first date I bought some briefs . Just was embarrassed if I got the chance to get a little .I always thought women wore bra's was to keep from sagging . I am told most women have one breast larger than the other side . I know my X did . She was always pulling one side up . Could that be a reason .Of course duck tape would work . Sometimes she would stuff cotton or tolet paper to make up the difference . Like some men would use a sock to  make women think he was well hung .Women not wearing bras would increase the chance of men seeing hard nipples which was apealing too me . Since I can't get out to Walmart anymore . All women are safe from my prying eyes ...Hope my reply helps ?

I also don't like that feeling of bouncing around.  Maybe 28 year old boobs are different. I don't remember.  But my woman boobs are bigger and heavier and the bouncing is just way too noticeable to me, myself, and knowing men, to anyone who looks.

Plus, I don't like that feeling of skin on skin that I get when I don't wear a bra or the feeling of pulling I get when I don't wear a bra.

well you two hit on somethin i didn't think of .. the distraction quotent .. but i can assure you it wouldn't bother me if they bounced around all day . and i'd be polite .. i promise .. as far as the discomfort factor that may be a little bit harder to get around .. i hadn't thought of that .. and neither did the guy who did that survey .. all he was tryin to say was bras do you absolutely no good as far as your knockers saggin or not .. its kinda like gettin glasses .. when i got mine i asked the eye dr. if i came in sooner would my eyes be better now ?? he said no .. if i held off a little longer would that make a difference ?? he said no .. if i ate more carrots how bout that ?/ he said no .. and before i could ask another stupid question he just said look , your eyes are gonna do what they're gonna do .. you can't do anything to change that .. some people get better eyes than others so they won't need glasses as strong and some not so much .. i'd say the same applies to knockers .. some will be firm and high ( on their own mind you now .. no help from the plastic surgeon or the silicone man ) and i'm not sayin that i haven't been out drinkin and been under the influence of silicone at some titty dancer bar once or twice .. but as a rule when i'm sober i prefer the natural ones .. even if they hang a bit .. so if you gals are wearin them flopper stoppers cause you think it'll stop the droop no need to on my account .. or anybodies actually cause acordin to the study it don't help anyway.. so now that you know .. set them girls free .. reminds me of a song ..but i'll refrain ..

I don't have that bouncing around issue, except when jogging on the rare occasion when my exercise program calls for it, and I have sports bras for that I can get away with wearing a cami or a 'beater' style t-shirt under most of my clothes. Being of the hippie generation, I did burn my bra back in 1972. Altho, recently I bought bras in every color of the rainbow, as also being a little OCD, I have to match everything.

Wow, I finally found anoher person that has to match everything!!  That is the only thing(I think..) I am OCD about. I have to have my undergarments match or I'm not leaving the house!

Lucinda and I have had this conversation on another post at another time about matching undies..lol...there's another one.

Aren't the French the ones who invented the bra to begin with? And was about fashion not about health.
For me, a bra is an option not a necessity and really depends on what I am wearing and where.
