TBD on Ning

Heard the other day . Think it was in New York state where a deluge of Baby's were being born . Well over a hundred more than normal this past month . Now that was when all that bad winter was happening and people were out of work . I guess a mini Baby Boom happened . What did you do when you and loved one couldn't get out ?

Nap.

Nice climate here also, not getting out is not one of our problems.

Maybe so but ya don't have to quit trying whay ya know, hehe..

I don't know what you were reading, but I heard the same thing....about Washington, DC, the winter we got that 28" snowstorm, and DC shut down for almost a week. They said births nine months later increased threefold. --- We had a bad blizzard in Indiana back in the 90s, and we lost power for 3 days. We spent our days in the kitchen, because I had the gas stove in the kitchen on to break the chill. We played "Candlelight Scrabble", as well as Poker, and Uno. We were beyond the "baby-making stage"..... But I don't think we'd have been any more likely to procreate because of being snowed in. We were too busy trying to stay warm to play around any more than usual.

Thats it ...

i think the same thing happened in ny after they had a blackout .. 9 months later .. surprise surprise surprise ..
