COLLEGE STATION (Aggie Real Estate Network) – Real Estate Center researchers will once again be guest speakers at the Aggie Real Estate Network's annual conference this month in The Woodlands.
Center Chief Economist Dr. Mark Dotzour will give the keynote address and moderate a panel discussion on the life cycle of a distressed asset.
Center Research Economist Dr. Charles Gilliland will moderate a discussion on income-producing farmland.
Among other planned topics are real estate investment trusts, tax issues affecting real estate owners and investors, and an update on Texas markets from an owner's perspective.
The conference is July 15–18 at The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center. Registration closes on July 9.
