Short anecdote. A few years back I ran into someone I hadn't seen in over 30 years. The first thing she says to me is "Do you still have that Steeleye Span album we used to listen to all the time." Meaning Parcel of Rogues.

WOW. That's wonderful! I yearn for those connections, Funes.

When I was younger, I was surrounded by music and musicians--lots of jam sessions where the music swirled around and through you. Being part of it, indistinguishable from the music, was the best thing ever. I've never stopped being immersed in music, but the old friends get fewer and fewer.

That's life I guess.
