Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Turkey burger, mashed potatoes & broccoli/feta salad.

oh, & fake rice pudding for dessert. I cook up batches of brown rice to supplement my dogs' food (mixed w/sweet potatoes & green beans). ANYway.... I cooked up enough brown rice tonight for them to share w/me & had a sweet tooth, so I heated a serving w/a little butter, brown sugar & half & half. Not quite as good as real rice pudding, but it was good.

If TeeBubba or Quinn see this, I'm sure they're going to start saying that I eat dog food, or share my dogs' food, or something of the like. sigh... ;-p
