Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

And today, since it was kinda chilly in the house from dropping into mmmmthe 50s last night with all the windows open I roasted a turkey and we had gravy and stuffing and mashed taters. No Squirrel. One year , I must have made about eight strawberry rhubarb pies from all the rhubarb in our yard in VT. This year I've got three baby rhubarb plants started from seed hanging out on the front porch for extra tlc till I get around to planting them.
