Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

mr. hottie made a delicious dinner for us: pot roast, mashed potatoes, gravy & steamed veggies. It was mmm mmm good!

chicken, sauteed kale w/garlic & onions, black beans & rice, and roasted sweet potatoes. The roasted sweet potatoes were dry, and not flavorsome. I'm blaming it on them, and taking no responsibility for it whatsoever.

Just made a BIG Batch of my homemade VERY HOT and SPICY CHILI. I'm goin' to be blowin' FIRE, Lol.

Gotta lotta stuff to do tonight, so no slaving over a gourmet meal for me. Probably just fix a turkey sandwich.

Me and Cowboy had a regular all American meal of baked potato, broccoli and a pork chop.....pretty darn good on the fly!

We ate in Nashville at J. Alexanders. I had soup and salad and Caleb had a prime rib sandwich.

Gortons fish-like fillets, fried potatoes, fresh cider and a fish oil tablet, just in case those Gortons weren't real.
