Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

I had fried potatoes with a little chopped pepper, black beans and sauteed chicken thighs....and yogurt for dessert.

Had a skinny little pork loin w/orange marmalade and sauted onion and a splash of balsamic vinegar sauce along with some snap peas...not bad...not great.
