Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

I had a busy day today, don't feel like cooking, don't feel like going out-- I'm going now to pick up a salad and a slice at my local Pizzeria. Back in a few...

I think we will go out tonight. Maybe to the local meat and three for some catfish and white beans.

And my cornbread was REALLY good tonight. Yum! I added diced green chiles & extra sharp cheddar cheese to the batter.
