Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

I made some sort of soup, I had a chicken breast which I browned with onions, I tossed this into a pot along with some potatoes that I was boiling, a few carrots, peas and a can of diced tomatoes. When it was finished I tossed in a handful of fresh spinach to wilt. Even my 14 year old ate a bowl of it so it must have been edible.
