Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

I had the same thing for lunch & dinner today: fresh fruit salad, Sausage & Cannelini soup & homemade PB-choc. chip cookies. I made a double batch of everything, took half to a friend who's rehabbing from knee surgery & had lunch w/her, then took the other half over to mr. hottie-ducatiman's & had dinner w/him.

Chicken w/mushrooms and broccoli...cream of mushroom soup/mayo....topped w/cheddar cheese and homemade garlic croutons!!   Served on steamed rice.   Check out Allrecipes.com...I'm sure they have a more detailed recipe.
