Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Barbeque Pork Chops & sauteed kale w/garlic & onions. 

yep, still working on that kale. It's a big batch for one person. 3rd night & there's probably 3 or 4 servings left.

 

speaking of onions... I work w/2 people who don't eat onions. they would not survive in my house.

yep, we have a date tomorrow night, right when d gets in from a flight. We're going to Martinis & IMAX at the Fernbank Museum of Natural History. So I'll just have a sandwich ready for him to hold him over.
