Suggestions anyone?

Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

UPDATE!!! The stew was very good. I froze up the remainder in individual portions.

Tortilla crusted baked Tilapia, oven fries and cole slaw.

I wonder if I should deviate from my usual pan fried tilapia, and try the baked variety?

It's really good and there are several different seasonings available. Quick and easy.

Tonight I'm making portabello sandwiches. I marinate the shrooms in butter, balsamic vinagrette, and brown sugar. Toss em on a hot grill for about 5 minutes for each side. Put them on a hoagie roll, add grilled peppers and onions, and top with provolone. YUMMY!!!
